Job Description

  • Welcoming customers & answering customers’ questions regarding products & services.
  • Answering a combination of phone calls, and emails and processing sales orders accurately and completely.
  • Operating cash register and computer.
  • Ability to stay helpful, polite, confident, and have the resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Comfortable working independently and with other team members to achieve sales & productivity goals.
  • Ability to manage inventory, adhere to a schedule, and gather updates from the team.
  • Maintaining a clean (sweep, mop & dusting), well-stocked store for customers.
  • Receiving & unpacking merchandise, and restocking shelves.
  • Ability to move about in a store including standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, carrying/lifting, and bending.
