Job Description
- Welcoming customers & answering customers’ questions regarding products & services.
- Answering a combination of phone calls, and emails and processing sales orders accurately and completely.
- Operating cash register and computer.
- Ability to stay helpful, polite, confident, and have the resources to resolve customer issues.
- Comfortable working independently and with other team members to achieve sales & productivity goals.
- Ability to manage inventory, adhere to a schedule, and gather updates from the team.
- Maintaining a clean (sweep, mop & dusting), well-stocked store for customers.
- Receiving & unpacking merchandise, and restocking shelves.
- Ability to move about in a store including standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, carrying/lifting, and bending.
