Join us for an exciting series of wellness events in collaboration with lululemon at Woodgrove Centre! It’s time to move, stretch, and feel great—whether you’re a fitness pro or just starting your journey. These events are designed to help you feel empowered, strong, and refreshed. Bring your energy and your mat for a series of fun and dynamic classes that are all about moving our bodies and smiling while we do it!

Event Details:

Feb 1 | 8:15 – 9:30am | Saturday – Yoga with Hannah Flahr:
Join Hannah for a calming yet energizing yoga session, focusing on breath, movement, and mindfulness to start the month with clarity and strength. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.

Feb 8 | 8:15 – 9:30am | Saturday – Bhangra with Sukhi Sangha:
Get your heart pumping and your body moving with Sukhi’s dynamic dance class! This energetic session blends fun choreography with fitness for an exciting workout. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Feb 15 | 8:15 – 9:30am | Saturday – Jump Rope with Elise Visentin:
Jump into fitness with Elise’s jump rope workout! A fast-paced and fun way to build endurance, coordination, and strength. Perfect for all levels. You are encouraged to bring your own jump rope.

Feb 22 | 8:15 – 9:30am | Saturday – Stretch & Walk with Sarah Georgica – Stretch and Walk:
Ease into wellness with Sarah’s stretch and walk class. Start with gentle stretches to prepare your body, followed by a refreshing walk to boost your energy and circulation.
