Our 450° Teppan grill sears the ingredients and seals in the flavour. Customers get a delicious hot meal, served fast. WE’RE FAMOUS FOR OUR TERIYAKI SAUCE, Edo Japan’s sweet Teriyaki Sauce is created from a time-honoured recipe. This delicious sauce is made fresh daily in each restaurant and served warm over all of our stir-fried Teppan-style meals. Our signature dishes, Sukiyaki Beef and Teriyaki Chicken, are the cornerstones of the Edo Japan menu. We have expanded to include shrimp, yakisoba noodles, udon soup, sushi and other delicious fresh creations.
